China and South Korea have signed a bilateral advance pricing agreement, the Chinese goverment announced in a June 23 English-language release.
The signing took place during a Sino-South Korea tax commissioners meeting held in late April.
Zhang Zhiyong, deputy administrator of the SAT, led a delegation to Sino-South Korea and Sino-Japan commissioners’ meetings on April 22–28, the government said. Discussions included tax reform, tax administration, and the OECD/G20 base erosion and profit shifting project.
