Before creating CARA, Terence was an executive director at EY for several years, in charge of creating and developing the Transfer Pricing practice for South-East France.

Thibaut Roques
Thibaut is cofounder of TP qube, a start-up pioneering the use of Artificial Intelligence techniques for transfer pricing economic analyses.
Thibaut is an economist with a specialization in transfer pricing and statistical modeling. Thibaut previously worked at NERA economic consulting and taught a class at HEC Paris.
Thibaut graduated from HEC Paris (Grande Ecole) and the Toulouse School of Economics (master in economics, mathematics, and econometrics).

Hugo Chary
Hugo, based in Paris, is a cofounder of TP qube, a start-up pioneering the use of Artificial Intelligence techniques for transfer pricing economic analyses, notably for transfer pricing benchmarks.
Hugo is an economist with a specialization in transfer pricing and economic regulation. Hugo has also developed a strong expertise in data datascience notably in econometrics methods, statistical modeling and natural language processing (NLP). Hugo previously worked at NERA economic consulting.
Hugo graduated from Ecole Polytechnique, ENSAE ParisTech and Sciences-Po Paris.

Philippe Paumier
After 20 years of extensive in-house experience, Philippe founded in Paris VECTOR TP in 2019 to provide clients with economic and financial solutions for the management of their intercompany operations.
For 10 years, Philippe was the global TP leader of Sanofi, in charge of both Strategic and Operational transfer pricing. Through his career, Philippe has been exposed to a large variety of projects involving policy definition, intangibles TP valuation, CSAs, global cost allocation structures, post-acquisition TP alignment (operating model, PPA/TP), TP aspects of business restructuring, operational transfer pricing and process optimization.
Additionally, Philippe has also acquired first-hand international controversy experience in preparing approachable filings for complex issues and leading with the relevant administrations the negotiations till closing.
