Arturo is a tax partner at Fratelli Consultores, and is based in Monterrey, Mexico.

He has more than 15 years of professional experience in Mexico and abroad gained in domestic tax law, international tax, EU tax law, transfer pricing, company law, general accounting and tax compliance. Arturo has worked for big-4, law firms as well as in industry (in-house role).

He is involved in an array of domestic and cross-border projects for individuals and corporate groups including tax planning, restructuring, M&As, due diligence, compliance, etc.

Arturo received his law degree from the Universidad Autonoma de Nuevo Leon, and holds an LLM from Queen Mary, University of London as well as an LLM from Universidad Antonio de Nebrija.

Juan Carlos (JC) Ceballos is a Principal and Founder of Aptis Global LLC. He has 18 years of experience in designing, implementing, documenting, and defending global transfer pricing policies for the tax and finance departments of multinational companies.

JC has been ‘in the trenches’ as head of transfer pricing for Life Technologies Corp. and has also worked as an advisor for Deloitte and EY in Mexico, Canada, and the U.S.

JC holds an MBA in Finance from EGADE Business School and a B.S. in Economics from Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara. He is a frequent speaker and instructor on transfer pricing topics and has provided training to the Mexican Tax Authorities.

Yoshio has more than 16 years of experience, and has been engaged as transfer pricing advisor in negotiation processes between the Mexican tax authorities and foreign tax administrations, through different alternative dispute resolution mechanisms such as Mutual Agreement Procedures or mediation settlements with the Tax Ombudsman, as well as in diverse projects including cross-border transactions.
