Professor Emil Brincker is a director and national head of our Tax and Exchange Control practice.
Emil’s experience includes the areas of corporate finance, corporate reorganisation and restructuring, exchange control, export finance, funding, general banking and commercial including derivative transactions, empowerment transactions, JSE Ltd and Takeover Regulations Panel, project finance and tax law including income tax, tax controversy, VAT, stamp duties, PAYE, capital gains tax (CGT) and other fiscal statutes.

Jens Brodbeck
Jens Brodbeck heads up ENSafrica’s transfer pricing practice in Cape Town, which has been recognised as South African Transfer Pricing Firm of the Year by Euromoney’s International Tax Review for 2013-2015.
He specialises in corporate international tax, with a specific focus on transfer pricing, inbound investments and cross-border tax planning. This includes transfer pricing planning advice, the preparation of transfer pricing compliance documentation, as well as transfer pricing dispute resolution.
He acts for various of the world’s leading multinationals in a diverse range of industries, such as media, retail, automotive, financial services, mining, construction and aviation. He also advises a range of multinationals on the tax and exchange control consequences of their investments into or out of South Africa.
