Spanish government publishes draft regs requiring country-by-country reporting for MNEs

The Spanish government has published draft regulations, effective January 1, 2016, which would require country-by-country reporting for multinationals consistent with guidance released under the OECD/G20  base erosion and profit shifting plan, writes PwC in an April 9 tax alert.
