Singapore and Cambodia sign tax treaty, text available

Singapore and Cambodia have signed a tax treaty, the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore has announced.

The treaty, signed on May 20, provides for a 10 percent withholding tax rate on dividends, interest, and royalties.

It also provide for exchange of information between tax authorities.
