The US Treasury Department has updated its FATCA website, reporting that Grenada and the US have signed a Model 1 intergovernmental agreement (IGA).
Grenada and the US previously agreed to a FATCA IGA “in substance.” Grenada has been treated as if it entered into an IGA with the US as of June 30, 2014.
