The OECD today released updated transfer pricing country profiles for 21 countries, including three countries for which it has not previously published profiles: Albania, Kenya, and the Maldives.
The profiles, which break-out comparative information on key components of countries’ transfer pricing rules and administration, now cover 63 countries. The last profile updates, which came out in August, further expanded the content of the profiles to cover financial transactions and the attribution of profits to permanent establishments.
The latest updates cover: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, France, Georgia, Germany, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Malaysia, Mexico, Peru, Poland, Seychelles, Singapore, South Africa, and Sweden.
