Thomas Piketty and Gabriel Zucman have joined the Independent Commission for the Reform of International Corporate Taxation (ICRICT) as new members, ICRIT announced today.
ICRIT aims to promote international corporate tax reform from a perspective of public interest and to seek fair, effective, and sustainable tax solutions for development.
Thomas Piketty, a Professor at EHESS and at the Paris School of Economics. He is the author of numerous articles published in economics journals and the book Capital in the 21st century.
Gabriel Zucman is Professor of Economics at the University of California at Berkeley. His work focuses on the accumulation, distribution, and preservation of wealth from a historical and global perspective. He is the author of The Hidden Wealth of Nations.
ICRIT is funded by the Friedrich Ebert Foundation.
