OECD set to release seven BEPS action plan items on September 16

The OECD has announced that it will publish its first set of deliverables under the OECD/G20 Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (BEPS) action plan on Sept. 16, and that it will hold a technical conference on the release the same day, streamed live on the internet.

The following action plan items will be published:

  • The Tax Challenges of the Digital Economy
  • Hybrid Mismatch Arrangements
  • Harmful Tax Practices
  • Tax Treaty Abuse
  • Transfer Pricing & Intangibles
  • Transfer Pricing Documentation and Country-by-Country Reporting
  • The Feasibility of Developing a Multilateral Instrument on BEPS

The BEPS deliverables will be presented at a 2:00 p.m. (CET) press conference, which will be streamed live here.

The BEPS action plan items will be presented to the G-20 finance ministers at their Sept. 20-21 meeting in Cairns, Australia.
