The OECD has announced that it will publish its first set of deliverables under the OECD/G20 Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (BEPS) action plan on Sept. 16, and that it will hold a technical conference on the release the same day, streamed live on the internet.
The following action plan items will be published:
- The Tax Challenges of the Digital Economy
- Hybrid Mismatch Arrangements
- Harmful Tax Practices
- Tax Treaty Abuse
- Transfer Pricing & Intangibles
- Transfer Pricing Documentation and Country-by-Country Reporting
- The Feasibility of Developing a Multilateral Instrument on BEPS
The BEPS deliverables will be presented at a 2:00 p.m. (CET) press conference, which will be streamed live here.
