India is negotiating about 50 bilateral advance pricing agreements (APAs) with other nations, reports Vrishti Beniwal of the Business Standard, quoting unnamed India Finance Ministry officials in a July 22 article. Included are about 15 applications from the UK, 10 from Japan, and “a few from Switzerland and other European nations,” but no applications from the U.S., where APA negotiations remain stalled, Beniwal reports.
