Vancouver-based Baker Tilly member firm, Wolrige Mahon LLP, on January 22 announced that it will expand its offices to Ontario, hiring John Sinclair and David Kemp to lead a new Toronto operation offering tax and audit services.
Both Kemp and Sinclaire are former partners with Toronto firm, Collins Barrow, which recently left the Baker Tilly national network to join global accounting firm RSM. By joining Wolrige Mahon, Kemp and Sinclaire remain affiliated with Baker Tilly.
Kemp is a specialist in global tax dispute resolution and transfer pricing. Sinclair focuses on mid-market clients and has been involved in leading one of Toronto’s largest mergers with previous firms.
Sinclaire said that Wolrige Mahon expects to introduce more local offices in the near future.
