Warren Novis to lead BDO Ireland’s transfer pricing unit

Warren Novis is BDO Ireland’s new head of transfer pricing, the firm has announced.

Novis will work with private, public, and owner-managed businesses on transfer pricing strategy and execution. He works with clients across sectors in Ireland to develop, document and defend tax policies.

Novis was previously global director of transfer pricing at Delphi Automotive PLC in Dublin. Before that, he was with KPMG in both Ireland and Canada for more than 14 years. He was KPMG Ireland’s director of transfer pricing and international tax Ireland for three of those years.

Novis has also been associated with the Irish Tax Institute, making key contributions to several of the Institute’s submissions to OECD on the BEPS project and to the Coffey review on Ireland’s corporate tax code.
