UK’s Financial Reporting Council announces appointments to its advisory panel

The UK’s Financial Reporting Council (FRC) on May 4 announced the appointment of 19 members to its advisory panel, established a few months prior.

The advisory panel, established in January, is a group of appointed non-executive subject matter specialists who can advise on various activities across the organization, the FRC said. The panel is not a decision-making body, however.

The panel appointees are: Alice Bordini Staden, David Thomas, Deborah Gilshan, Eamonn McGrath, Fiona Hathorn, Fiona Sheridan, Gal Maller, Gareth Rhys Williams, Mardi McBrien, Mei Ashelford, Pamela Stacey, Peter Andrews, Roger Harrington, Roger Steare, Samantha Griffiths, Simon Gleadhill, Tom Gosling, Tracey Groves, and Una Curtis.
