The UK’s HM Revenue & Customs has announced that the UK has signed tax treaties with Colombia and Lesotho.
The tax treaty with Colombia was signed in London on November 2. It would be the first tax treaty between the two countries.
The new treaty with Lesotho was signed in London on November 3. That treaty would replace a 1997 treaty between the countries.
Neither agreement is force. The agreements will enter into force when legislative procedures are completed diplomatic notes are exchanged.
