Transfer pricing specialist, Joel Phillips, has joined BDO as a partner in its Sydney, Australia, office, the firm announced May 23.
Phillips formerly led transfer pricing operations for Unilever’s Americas, Asia, Africa, East Europe, and South East Asia / Australia regions. He was with Unilever for about 10 years.
Zara Ritchie, who leads BDO’s global transfer pricing services, said that transfer pricing has been increasing in complexity.
“Transfer pricing continues to be one of the key issues facing global companies who have cross border operations,” Ritchie said.
