Tax lawyer Robert J. Kovacev joins Norton Rose Fulbright

Robert J. Kovacev has joined Norton Rose Fulbright as a partner in its Washington, DC and San Francisco offices; the firm announced September 11.

Formerly with Steptoe & Johnson and the US Department of Justice Tax Division, Kovacev has more than 20 years of experience litigating tax cases. He hs been involved with controversies over transfer pricing, the research tax credit, alternative energy tax credits, and concerning the economic substance doctrine.
