Tax information exchange agreement between Isle of Man, Turks and Caicos enters into force

The Isle of Man government on December 14 announced that an agreement for the exchange of information relating to tax matters with the government of the Turks and Caicos Islands will enter into force on December 29.

The agreement, signed June 30, provides for all forms of exchange of information, including automatic exchange of information in accordance with the OECD’s Common Reporting Standard.
