Vietnam’s Ministry of Finance today announced that the governements of Vietnam and Singapore have signed a tax treaty.
The signing took place in Singapore between Senior Minister of State, Ministry of Defence & Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Maliki Osman, and Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, Avet Adonts, the Ministry of Finance said.
