The OECD released the final base erosion profit shifting (BEPS) reports this morning.

The 13 reports are based on the BEPS action plan, endorsed by the G20 in July 2013, which identified 15 key areas to be addressed by 2015 to combat multinational corporation tax avoidance.

Pascal Saint-Amans, Director of the OECD Centre for Tax Policy and Administration will discuss the final package during a webcast news conference today at 2:00 p.m. (CET); a technical briefing will be presented via webcast on the BEPS deliverables at 4:00 p.m. (CET).

The final guidance will be presented at the G20 Finance Ministers for their approval on October 8 in Lima, Peru. After that, the package will be submitted to G20 leaders for final approval at their November 15-16 meeting in Antalya, Turkey.
