A team of leading transfer pricing and valuation professionals have formed a new firm, Valentiam Group, providing services throughout the US.
The founding partners of the new group are Dan Peters, Carl Hoemke, Clark Chandler, Sean Faulkner, David Talakoub, and Jared Walls. All are previous partners with transfer pricing advisory firm, Economics Partners.
Peters will be Valentiam’s managing partner and Hoemke will lead valuation services, Valentiam said in a November 1 press release.
“Valentiam keeps together a team with unique expertise and experience,” Peters said. “We are a ‘pure play.’ Our specialists offer tax clients – from Fortune 100 and middle-market companies to the legal, accounting, and advisory firms that serve them – focused Transfer Pricing and Valuation skills to help them achieve their goals.”
Valentiam currently has professionals located in six markets – Greater New York City, Philadelphia, Dallas, Los Angeles, Seattle, and South Florida.
The new firm is a member of the WTS Global tax network.
