The Netherlands Ministry of Finance has issued guidance on new transfer pricing documentation standards, including country-by-country reporting, for multinationals.
The guidance, published December 30 in both English and Dutch, includes a model template for the country-by-country report and specifies the information that should be included in the master file and local file.
