International tax lawyer Natan Leyva has joined Vinson & Elkin’s Washington, DC office as a partner, the firm announced today.
Leyva, formerly with EY, focuses on all aspects of international tax planning. His background includes work on repatriation, foreign tax credit planning, and cross-border partnership structures.
“Natan has an excellent reputation nationally for his in-depth knowledge of international tax issues, which become more important to our clients every day in light of developments in the UUS and other jurisdictions,” Vinson & Elkin managing partner Scott Wulfe said.
Prior to joining EY in 2011, Leyva was a partner at McKee Nelson, which later merged with Bingham McCutchen.
