Hickman to lead OECD transfer pricing unit

Andrew Hickman, a KPMG partner, will head the transfer pricing unit of the Tax Treaties, Transfer Pricing and Financial Transactions Division within the Centre for Tax Policy and Administration, commencing May 2014. Hickman will replace current transfer pricing head, Joseph Andrus.

Hickman is based in KPMG’s London office. He formerly worked as a senior transfer pricing official with the U.K. tax authority and U.K. competent authority. He was also UK delegate to OECD working party 6.
