Japan publishes ‘synthesized text” of tax treaty with Finland

The Japanese government has published on its website the synthesized text of the Japan-Finland tax treaty and protocol.

The synthesized text takesinto account modififations made to the treaty through the Multilateral Convention to Implement Tax Treaty Related Measures to Prevent Base Erosion and Profit Shifting which was subsequenlty signed by Japan a Finland.
