Francisco Lisboa Moreira has joined Bichara Advogados as a partner to work in tax consulting, the firm announced November 14. He will work in firm’s São Paulo, Brazil, office.
Franciso has over 17 tax experience with a focus on international tax and transfer pricing. He is a former partner with Castro, Barros, Sobral, Gomes Advogados, and senior manager of the tax department of KPMG.
His law degree is from Federal University of Rio de Janeiro – UFRJ, and he holds an LLM in International Taxation from New York University where he also served as an assistant researcher. He is also an MNE Tax contributing author.
