Vertex, Inc., a provider of tax technology and services, today announced that Michael Davis has joined the company as chief advisor and tax strategist.
Davis is a former vice president with Nestlé USA where he worked for over 31 years. His background includes experience in tax planning, compliance, audit controversy, provision and operations, and tax data management.
“We welcome Michael, a well-respected, recognized industry leader to Vertex,” said Vertex President and CEO David DeStefano. “Michael’s addition will provide valuable strategic insights to our efforts and further collaboration with partners, alliances, and customers to elevate and advance the tax data management and income tax space,” he said.
