The South African government today published portions of the draft Taxation Laws Amendment Bill, 2019 for public comment. The Amendments include laws addressing dividend stripping and tax neutral transfers between retirement funds.
National Treasury will be publishing the full text of the 2019 draft Taxation Laws Amendment Bill for public comment in July 2019.
