David Lewis joins Duff & Phelps’ Australian transfer pricing practice 

David Lewis has joined Duff & Phelps’ transfer pricing practice in Melbourne, Australia as managing director, the firm announced today.

Lewis was formerly transfer pricing council with Ambleton Consulting and prior to that, he was with Ernst & Young Melbourne for over 34 years, where he was a partner.
