Danny Beeton joins Arendt & Medernach’s transfer pricing practice

Arendt & Medernach has announced that transfer pricing specialist Danny Beeton has joined the firm working in both London and Luxembourg.

Beeton is formerly with Duff and Phelps, London. His role at Arendt & Medernach is with the firm’s tax and transfer pricing practice with a focus on the transfer pricing aspects of complex financial transactions, asset management structures, and restructures, the firm said.

Over time, transfer pricing has become crucial in tax structuring and we face an increasing number of transfer pricing litigation cases.
