Andersen Global today announced its expansion to Ecuador through a collaboration agreement with tax advisory firms, FIDESBURó Cia. Ltda. and PROFILE Cia. Ltda. The two firms are currently undergoing a merger to become FidesProfile.
PROFILE has its headquarters in Quito and is led by partners Mauricio Durango and Jorge David Uribe.The firm specializes in domestic and international taxation, transfer pricing, and corporate legal services.
FIDESBURó was founded ten years ago and has its headquarters in Guayaquil. The firm provides tax and legal services for national and multinational corporations and is led by partners Pablo Guevara, Mario Orellana, and Alfredo Bustos.
