BMR & Associates has announced that Bhavik Timbadia has joined the firm’s transfer pricing team as a partner. Timbadia will work out of the firm’s Gurgaon office.
Timbadia, formerly with PwC, has over 12 years of experience advising on tax matters, preparing transfer pricing documentation, and assisting with dispute resolution. His work has included interest rate pricing, thin capitalization, and pricing of hybrid debt structures. He has significant experience advising on advance pricing arrangements.
Timbadia is a chartered accountant and holds a master’s degree in economics from the University of Mumbai.
