Switzerland’s Federal Council, on May 21, announced draft negotiation mandates for introducing automatic exchange of information in tax matters with partner states. The announcement follows Switzerland’s endorsement of the OECD’s Declaration on Automatic Exchange of Information in Tax Matters on May 6.
