Mauritius and Morocco sign tax treaty

Mauritius and Morocco signed a tax treaty on November 25, the Mauritius goverment has announced.

The signatories were the Minister of Finance and Economic Development, Vishnu Lutchmeenaraidoo, and the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Morocco to Mauritius, Mohammed Amar.

The agreement is designed to prevent double taxation in cross-border activities.
