Mark Martin, Mark Horowitz, and Tracy Gomes are among five attorneys and two economics that have left McDermott Will and Emery to join KPMG’s US transfer pricing practice.
KPMG said in a July 17 statement that Martin and Horowitz will be direct-entry principals and Gomes will a managing director in the firm’s Economic & Valuation Services Tax practice.
Martin will also serve as National Leader, Transfer Pricing Dispute Resolution at KPMG.
“We are seeing growing demand from multinationals to advise and respond to a wide range of international transfer pricing and tax controversy matters as a result of the OECD’s BEPS actions,” said Jeffrey C. LeSage, Vice Chairman of Tax at KPMG.
