The European Parliament on April 27 adopted a legislative resolution on a proposal for a Council directive amending the Anti-Tax Avoidance Directive 2016/1164 (2016) to address hybrid mismatches involving third countries (ATAD 2).
The report will now be considered for final approval by the Council.
