Deloitte will acquire BMR associates, an Indian tax, M&A, and risk advisory services firm, a source close to the matter told MNE Tax today. Deloitte’s board has approved the merger, the source said.
The firm has reportedly been in negotiations with several of the Big Four firms prior to striking a deal with Deloitte.
BMR is comprised of over 600 professionals and has offices located in Gurugram, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai and Pune.
