Brazilian tax lawyer Francisco Moreira has joined Bocater, Carmargo, Costa e Silva as a partner. Moreira will join the firm’s São Paulo office.
Moreira’s experience includes international tax planning, transfer pricing, general tax consulting, due diligence projects, and cross-border transactions.
He is formerly a partner with Bichara Advogados. Before that, he was with Castro, Barros, Sobral, Gomes Advogados and with KPMG. His background includes an LL.M. Taxation from New York University of Law as well as a Masters degree in economic, financial, and tax law from Universidade de São Paulo.
