ICC appoints Paul Morton as Vice-Chair of Commission on Taxation

The International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), on July 21, announced the appointment of Paul Morton as Vice-Chair of the ICC Commission on Taxation. Morton is formerly with Reed Elsevier.
