EU expert group issues report on implementing automatic exchange of information

The European Commission on March 16 released the first report of the Expert Group on Automatic Exchange of Financial Account Information.

The report includes a list of issues regarding the implementation of the Revised Directive on Administrative Cooperation (Directive 2014/107/EU) and provides recommendations and preliminary comments by the Expert Group on these issues.
