Gabriel Nwodo is an Associate in the Lagos offices of ǼLEX. He is a member of the Tax, Corporate/Commercial, and Dispute Resolution practice groups of the firm.

Gabriel routinely assists local and foreign investors with tax and regulatory compliance issues, and also advises multinational and indigenous companies on employment and labour law.

He is currently involved in several high-profile tax disputes at the Tax Appeal Tribunal and appellate courts in Nigeria. He is a member of the International Fiscal Association, the International Bar Association, and the Nigerian Bar Association.

Oluwapelumi C. Omoniyi is an Associate in the Lagos offices of ǼLEX. He is a member of the Tax, Finance and Corporate/Commercial practice groups of the firm.
