We stayed in what was a Prestige with Decking Caravan.The gradings have now changed and we now believe this grade would now be classed as a Silver Grade. We wasnt even aware that there was 2 types of caravans .. privately owned ones and haven ones.. when actually booking through the haven website the downside of being allocated a private one, the (owners dont bother paying for for things like decent mattresses and decent furnishings) even a member of staff told us she would only stay in a Haven caravan not a privately owned one as owners do not spend money on the upkeep of them ! Which was a downfall for us the pool is nice warm in and out but can't get seats fighting for sunbeds! A few negatives was the fish and chip shop on site. One day we went to use the indoor pool with our toddler it was closed as they were testing the water instead we had to go outside and use the outdoor pool which on that particular day was cold.
