Jennifer Molnar has rejoined Baker & McKenzie as a partner in the firm’s Washington, DC office.
Molnar advises on tax planning for international acquisitions, dispositions, reorganizations, joint ventures, Subpart F planning, and restructurings. She also assists clients with complex transactions.
Molnar was an associate at Baker & McKenzie from 2001 to 2006, but spent the last ten years as an attorney with Sutherland Asbill & Brennan.
“Jennifer’s experience advising on an array of international transactions will allow her to provide highly valuable counsel to our clients doing business around the world. We are thrilled to have her back, as I am sure our clients will be as well,” said said Tom Linguanti, Chair of Baker & McKenzie’s North American tax practice.
