Jacques Mestoudjian has joined Eversheds as a partner in its Paris office, the firm announced September 8.
Mestoudjian, formally with Arsene Taxand, has experience providing tax advice to large French and international companies as well as to private equity and infrastructure funds concerning acquisitions and restructuring.
